15–Day Return Policy
You can return your Loose Diamonds, Custom Diamond Jewelry and regular jewelry, collectible or giftware purchase for a full-refund (not including shipping) within 15 days of shipment.

Accepting Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to
contact us.

Return Procedure
To return any purchase, follow our return process:
  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Code.  Returns@maloofjewelry.com or 586-774-2100
  2. Address the package as indicated below including the RA code.

  3. Place all original packaging and any paperwork (including appraisal for certified diamond purchases).
 
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
  Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
  More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Maloof.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Maloof), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

* Maloof will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Pricing Information
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. Whilst we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
